Short bio:

Dr. Péter Mogyorósi has a degree of M. Sc. and a PhD in Physics from JATE University, Szeged (Hungary, 1986). His background comprises theoretical and technical skills in several scientific and technological areas: Laser-induced micro-fabrication of solid surfaces.

He has extensive practical experience in innovation management, research-industry co-operations, economy research, full-scale technology transfer and project development for international clients based on 25-year-long work experience. He has participated as guest lecturer in many trainings and seminars on innovation management, commercialization and exploitation. In addition he holds presentations and speeches at different national and international events (conferences, seminars, workshops). He is author of some 25 international scientific publications and 6 further publications in the field of innovation management.

He has been the CEO of LC Innoconsult since 1992. Dr. Péter Mogyorósi has gained the experience in the field of exploitation of project results through contribution in the implementation of 40 FP7 and H2020 projects, in which he has been a member of the expert team. Currently he is exploitation team leader of 3 big consortium projects of H2020.

He has significant experience on the field of coaching as well, since he provided coaching service for 6 organisations between 2008 and 2010 and for 5 selected start-up companies in 2014 in the framework of PROFIS Project. Furthermore he became a registered coach of H2020 SME INSTRUMENT Phase 1 and 2 beneficiaries in 2015, and coached 12 SMEs already.

The TII (Technology Innovation International) has chosen him to be the member of the Chairmanship and he is one of the regional directors of the HAI (Hungarian Association for Innovation) and the coach member of the Hungarian National Innovation Office (NIH) Mentor Club. Furthermore during the last 25 years he has been working as an external consultant on many projects for the European Union, NATO and the United Nations.

His expertise covers strategic planning, negotiations, establishment of new co-operations, business development; leading a team of 15+ experts and additional support staff, SME development and management, Direct consultation and coaching service for business organisations and government and Working in international expert teams in higher education, innovation support, financing and R&D&I projects and programmes in EU and Asia as well.

LC Innoconsult has been providing complex innovation management services for over 25 years, primarily including knowledge and technology transfer services, supplemented by our consulting service in intellectual property rights. We create a bridge between science and the business world by exploring commercialisation opportunities following the successful closure of the project (e.g. establishing spin-off company, technology transfer).

We gained our experience in the field of exploitation of project results through contribution in the implementation FP7 projects, in which Dr. Péter Mogyorósi was a member of the expert team, in the last 2 years.
