Xavier Molinié has postgraduate diplomas in Philosophy and Organization Management.

His career started as a teacher. He was a civil servant in Vanuatu teaching French and Philosophy and then back to France he had several experiences in the world of Education. Xavier pursued his career in Sales organizations as a sales representative and evolving to sales management responsibilities.   His Human Resources career starts in 1997 when he takes over HR Development for the CANAL+ Group. He contributes to expanding the CANAL+ best practices to Vivendi Universal at global level prior to joining JCDecaux as HR Director.  Then he joins Gemplus as VP Global HR.  He joined Dell in 2006 as EMEA HR Executive Director and was highly involved in all the fields which promote diversity and drive mindset transformation so diversity and differences are considered as strengths and assets that play in favor of a company which purpose is dedicated to make people grow and thrive. Since January 2015, Xavier has served at IPSOS as Group HR Transition Consultant and has also started a consultancy activity with Mesclado, a French company delivering media engineering intelligence programs and solutions to media and broadcasting companies; Xavier is working on setting up their new Operational Change Management practice. More recently Xavier was Global HR VP at CMA CGM, based in Marseille and since September 2016 he is the interim HRD of Photobox bringing support to the company transformation and implementing a new HR model.

Going through the fast track evolution of the Technology and the global transformation of the markets and corporations, Xavier has acquired expertise in change management, organizational transformation and people planning related activities such as M&A, BPO & Work Force Planning.

Aside his corporate responsibilities Xavier is a speaker at HR international conferences where he shares his experience on building global HR organization and employer great place to work branding. He is a member of  the Scientific Committee of the MBA “Human Resource Management in International Companies”  co-operated by the Cercle Magellan and the ENS Cachan and which is again in 2017 ranked within the Top3 HR International MBA delivered in France.
