Diana Kobas Deskovic is the founder of MAMFORCE© the method for corporate family responsibility which helps companies to create a supportive and inclusive work environment based on open communication, trust and appreciation of differences. The special emphasis is on policies and culture supportive to reconciliation of private and professional life and gender equality.
She was Corporate Communications Director at PLIVA – a pharmaceutical company (acquired by Teva). In her professional, consulting role she has developed and implemented a number of communications and change management programs in different industries (e.g. Banca Intesa, Cemex, Coca Cola, Deutsche Telekom, INA-MOL oil company, Pfizer, Schindler, Tisak, Unicredit Bank).
Also, Diana is a lecturer in Internal Communications and Leadership at the Edward Bernays College of Communication Management, and in Corporate Identity and Lobbying at the University of Zagreb, Croatia. She holds a Master’s degree in Psychology, Organizational Development from the University of Zagreb, Croatia and an MBA from IE Business School, Madrid, Spain.
