Tamara Valenčič is people development, talent management, organizational design and communication expert, successfully joining her extensive experience and expertise into creating company cultures of engagement and effectiveness.
She is an independent HRM consultant for small to medium sized organizations in IT and surrounding industries. Her approach to supporting high-growth organizations involves detailed assessment of key areas, running HRM activities, change management and providing an unbiased, holistic view to senior executives – all based on current needs and growth stage of the company. She believes meaningful change needs to be based on engagement of everyone in an organization.
Her current clients are product and service companies in crypto, insurance, software development and others based in Slovenia and Croatia.
Starting her career at Slovene governmental office and continuing in Chamber of Commerce, telecommunication, international corporation and a start-up, she was directly responsible for communication, corporate social responsibility, compliance and HRM – working from strategy through execution and measurement of results.
She was awarded with regional ProPR Award and HR Manager of the year in Slovenia. She is an active member and lecturer of various Slovene associations and member of editorial board of Slovene HRM Magazine.
